A 21 day program designed to guide you into the habit of taking care of your body better!
This program is for you if:
- you workout regularly, but can't seem to find the time to stretch
- you seem to always have that one knee that feels weird after running, or your low back is tight after legs day, or your shoulder hurts when it rains... you get the point - you have some body issues that you suspect could be fixed with a little love & mobility!
- you don't workout much at all, but want to start here, with some restorative daily practices
- you're injured, and need a slower, restorative practice while you recover
In daily emails, I'll walk you through a 10 minute routine you can do at home including stretching, myofascial release (fancy-speak for foam rolling), and other rituals to help you slow down, recover from nagging issues, sleep better, and FEEL better!
