Recipe Round-up: Protein & Energy Bars

I get this question a lot: what's the best protein bar / energy bar / granola bar out there? We looooove an easy to grab on-the-go bar for snacking. But unfortunately, there just aren't a lot of quality, healthy ones (yet).
