Packed full of healthy flora, it's great for your digestive system and immune function, and of course delicious! It's a true superfood. It can be expensive to get the good stuff, but is so easy to make at home!

Come learn to make naturally lacto-fermented sauerkraut (and other veggies)!

When: Wednesday December 3rd at 6:00pm, @ Waypoint Public in North Park

You bring: cutting board, knife, large bowl, and 1 gallon glass mason jar.

We'll provide: instruction, cabbage, and everything else you need to make a custom-blend of sauerkraut that will be ready for you to enjoy in 1-2 weeks! Be ready to get your hands dirty! And yes - we'll be sharing the recipe for the famous Spicy Garlic variety you love from yours truly, Double J Ranch!
